Find Help

Finding a therapist or mental health support can be overwhelming. Below are some easy to navigate resources to help you.

  • You can click on the Therapist Referral tab and search for a therapist. It’s easy to sort by location, insurance accepted, and areas of expertise.

  • Another good option is to call your PCP or Pediatrician’s office (or ask in person at your next appointment) - nearly all offices have a referral list of licensed therapists. Increasingly, doctors offices are also offering in house therapy as well.

  • A third option is to contact your insurance company directly to inquire about mental health providers who accept your insurance

Please Note: the 988 Lifeline is available 24/7 and provides free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources. If you or someone you know is experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

If you believe that someone else is in danger of suicide and you have their contact information, contact your local law enforcement for immediate help. You can also encourage the person to contact a suicide prevention hotline.
